Gwendoline Keel, Senior Associate - Commercial Department, Simpson Grierson

Gwendoline Keel is a Senior Associate in leading New Zealand law firm Simpson Grierson's Commercial Department. 
 
Gwen works within the dedicated sales and marketing law team; focusing on teams, sports, events and venues. On a daily basis Gwen assists clients with the full spectrum of legal issues raised by sports, venue and event management including governance, contracting, sponsorship, broadcasting, advertising, ticketing, health and safety, regulatory compliance, and disputes. 

Gwen's clients include TTNL Limited (owner of the ANZ Netball Championships), many leading New Zealand venues, Ticketek, New Zealand Rugby League, New Zealand Netball, Triathlon New Zealand, Yachting New Zealand anf the  New Zealand Rugby Union.
